Continuing with adding the right hand melody notes!

Now we are ready to add the G major chord. Instead of exactly mirroring the left hand as we did with the C major chord an octave higher - this time we will use an inversion shape & play part of a G7 chord. The notes are the F, then down to D then down to B, finally back up to B. These are the minor 7th, 5th and major 3rd of the G chord. This makes a G dominant 7th chord - a "proper" V chord.

Finally back to the C major chord.

Again, play one melody note per measure. Go slowly until you get it right!
