First, let's establish a basic rhythm with the left hand. We don't have to play every little part of it right away. First just try to play the two basic positions:

1. Left hand pinky on the low C & 5 white keys up the left hand thumb on the G
2. Left hand pinky on the low C & 6 white keys up the left hand thumb on the A

Go back and forth between those two slowly until it is comfortable.
